It does not replace that, but once you add a recipe to your nutrition tracker, it is calculated in your nutrition totals. If you are using the meal plans, you would just not check the boxes for that meal so you don't calculate the other meal in there (when you check a box for a food with the SparkPeople meal plans, that is when it is added to your totals).

How do I add one of chef Megs recipes to my weekly meal plan. I tried and added it but is it supposed to replace the current meal? If not is there a way to do that?
