There are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Then, once you're comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, start exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. By tracking everything since May 2011 and using the other features here to keep myself focused, I lost 90 pounds and have maintained that loss for over a year now. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I always get sick every winter and I always get hit with the flu every season. I want to be strong and healthy and have stamina to do everything I want physically. Hope you will join me in this health-fitness endeavour!
