It's interesting to see how much better behaved my pup is when I go and take her out for an hour or so walk. It's interesting then to think how that much exercise affects my attitude and behavior! I love walking with my dog. I always come home happier and more relaxed. emoticon

I have two dogs, and the Golden Retriever is almost 13 years old, so we have to go for gentle walks. But they LOVE it. I try to find place we can go off-leash so the younger dog can run as much as she wants and the older dog can mosey along as she pleases.

I like taking my dogs for walks. It's nice but sadly, I can't count it as exercise as it's a little too leisurely. The boy has to sniff everything.

Walking your dog is a great way to get in an hour of exercise. Very relaxing.
