You are certainly on the right track. Exercise has always been a problem for me. It has been more of an attitude then physical. Now that I am back to SP after too many years, I have learned how important it is even when you are not trying to lose weight. My DVD "Walking bootcamp" Leslie's will certainly come in handy today. Had the opportunity to Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone. Completed the 2 mile walk. Another successful morning.
