I'll join this challenge. It's nice to meet you all.
When I first started exercising 6 years ago, I started with a Leslie Sansone tape. Since then, I have developed a bit of a collection of her DVD's ... and also moved on to some more physically difficult DVD routines. But I still "walk with Leslie" at least once or twice per week. Hers are the ones I turn to as my basic foundation for fitness maintenance.
So ... given my 2 times per week pace ... I'll set my goal at 200 minutes for the 2013.
January = 5 miles
1/2 = 1 mile (Got interupted)
1/3 = 4 miles (Tried to make up for 1/3 light day)
