I usually walk 1-2 miles every day taking my kid to school and over the past week or so it's been snowy. It's dropped about 3 inches and wow did I notice it while walking.

Does anyone know the difference between calories burned with and without snow? I know this maybe very subjective esp depending on the amount of snow on the ground. Also the weight of the boots being worn compared to the usual trainers but wondering if anyone has a rough guide.

Thanks
