So, I want to add walking/jogging in place to my Cardio Tracker...but when I type it in and hit search I get things for like "Walk 10min/mile", "Walk/jog (greater than) 10min/mile" etc. So I was going to add it in manually since I really haven't any clue how far I walk/jog in that mile...*shrugs* I'm just walk/jogging/dancing a bit around my room to my Cardio music on my laptop....I don't know how many calories I'm burning up by doing that.
How do you figure out how many calories you're burning up? I'm guessing it has something to do with the length of time you're at it, the intensity, and your weight...but I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
