That's a great pace... I have found the longer the walk the better the results.

3.5 mph is a good walking pace for anyone.

I started walking just about daily when I started my lifestyle change on 7/17. My question in this I am currently walking at about a 3.5 Mile per Hour pace, is that a decent pace for a over 400 pound person? Thanks.
