Woo-Hoo! I have walked 10,000 steps each day for the last three days. I can't wait to break my own record. I know from past experience this will help to lose and maintain a normal weight. I just couldn't seem to get started. The fitbit and challenges and my fitbit friends are helping me get moving. It is making me consistent in my activity daily. I actually feel good and food and snacking isn't on my mind constantly.
