Have you ever checked meetup.com? They have walking groups sometimes. I'm sure for a larger city like that they would have one.

I'd recommend posting this in the Cincinnati SparkTeam. You're more likely to find others nearby that way.

My sister and I have started training today for the Avon Breast Cancer walk in Charlotte NC on 10/27-28. 26 miles on day one, 13 on day 2, is the walk set up.

We're both out of shape so with 229 days to go we know we need to build up slowly and stay dedicated. We are hoping to find some walking groups on the west side of Cincinnati if anyone knows of such groups. Especially with some fellow beginners!
