I have bad knees so my husband and I walk in a swimming pool, It makes me lighter so it is easier on my knees and helps with balance while at the same time adding resistance to my walk

just started to walk , I have been up to one hour a day,

working a bit too much lately, I work at a fair, so it is hard for three weeks then it is over

so I am still walking at the fair, but not as enjoyable as around the town

walking sure does clear the mind,
