Maybe the first time you did it you put more effort in your workout I love these DVD's too.

If they were both on the HRM, you know it is probably accurate. I know that I have done some of her videos in the past, and I feel more challenged in some than in others. It is more than possible that she does more with resistance bands in the one you did yesterday, or you just pushed yourself a little harder, or the pace was faster. There are so many possibilities!

Honestly, I have to say, I think all that matters is that you are moving and pushing yourself and that you are enjoying it. That is what it takes to make this successful!

Hi, I recently started doing WATP again. I enjoy it and it does seem to work for me.
I did 3 miles walk yesterday and burnt 330calories(hrm)
and today 3miles just resulted in 240 calories burnt.
Iam not too sure why would that happen.
Also, today's 3miles was from a different DVD than yesterday, but it was not the beginners level.
