Walked 8,018 steps, 6.94 miles inside senior living apt. I am 72 1/2 yrs. old today. It took me a while from 162 lbs. to 106 lbs. 9 months for my trygleceride level was 229 and last Dr.'s visit was 200. I have dropped 4 dress sizes and EVERYONE IS TAKES TIME & PATIENCE. DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF SO MUCH REWARDS. GOD BLESS ALL.
