I have a Walk-Fit. It's from 1997. It's a non-motorized treadmill. It has a screen that tells me distance, calories, time, etc. It is slightly uphill and there is definite resistance when you walk and you can adjust this. The question is that it is not listed on the cardio stuff. How do I put it in? Believe it or not, I still use it. Not enough, but in the winter it's something.
