I don't know how to explain how much just walking has done for me. First, it was the very first exercise I ever really stuck with once I started it, and second, it is the exercise that has brought me the greatest health benefits, both physical and mental.

Walking is the best exercise that works for me. Puts a lot less stress on your body than most cardio. I always gain the weight back in the winter though.

Instead of buying a video, just use the one on SparkPeople. They are pretty good.
