I don't know how to explain how much just walking has done for me. First, it was the very first exercise I ever really stuck with once I started it, and second, it is the exercise that has brought me the greatest health benefits, both physical and mental.

Walking is the best exercise that works for me. Puts a lot less stress on your body than most cardio. I always gain the weight back in the winter though.

Instead of buying a video, just use the one on SparkPeople. They are pretty good.

This isn't a question, but I didn't know where to post... I just wanted to say thank you to whomever responsible for adding Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds to SP tracker. I love her workouts and I'm able to track at the click of a button. emoticon
