I think this can be a WooHoo moment as well as an Ah-Ha moment that exercise can be fun not a task or job that needs to be done

I've used SparkPeople in the past to lose my "Freshman 20" (thank you SO much for that!), and now I've decided to mostly use it to tone up and get healthier. So, yesterday began my new philosophy of going to the gym on whatever days that I can. I figure, there will always be at least 1 day a week that I can't go to the gym, so why not go on every day that I actually have the time? Schedules? Psh, not for me.
Anyway, my reason for making this post is that I was DREADING going to the gym yesterday...and I had a blast! It shocked me how much FUN I actually had! It was so much fun, that I actually WENT BACK today. I can't even remember the last time that I had the motivation to go to the gym more than once in a blue moon. Maybe it was listening to fun music while running? Or maybe watching the ridiculous sitcom they were showing on tv? Or maybe it was just the joy of knowing I was making my body healthier and happier? I don't know what it was, but I liked it!
So...WOOHOO for having fun while exercising!! :)
