Doctor's use that waist to hip ratio to determine if you are at risk for heart disease too. Or especially. I was always a pear until I reached mid life.

Good fat.......yeah, I like that............well, sort of!? The test is on here somewhere......I think on the "my weight" thing, I have added my measurements, and I think a little farther down there is a waist to hip ratio..........I thought mine would be pretty good since my waist and my hips are 10 inches apart, buuuuuttt............apparently my waist is too many inches to begin with!!........ugh.

When putting together a meal, I think of avacado as a "good fat" Perhaps that is what is meant by your new fruit label? :)
