Not to take anything away from Coach Jen, she is right, you can't spot burn, but are you lifting weights? That really helps to burn fat and might help you to lose from that area. It is an all over process, so you can't "target" those areas, but good cardio and weights will really help!
There's no way to target weight loss to a specific area of the body. Your body will decide for itself where it wants to take the weight off, but if you tend to carry excess fat in that area, eventually it should come off as you get closer to your goal weight.

I have lost 15 pounds in 5 months, but my waist measurement stays pretty much the same. What is the best type of exercise or specific exercise to whittle it down. I appreciate anyone's help.
