Capital letters are actually more difficult to read than lower case with a higher zoom. People with visual impairments can increase the zoom on their monitor which makes it much easier to read. But 99.99% of the people on this site are not in that category and all upper case is harder, not easier, to read. Not to mention comes across as aggressive. If you didn't know that, it should answer your question that you posted earlier.

You have acheived so much. Reading what you have accomplished does motivate me to keep going.
NO ( SORRY FOR THAT ) is because there are some people who cannot not see the small letters. I try to motivate some of you because have to take care fof your bodies for it is the only one you are going to have during your lifetime. Motivation is so important. I ws put on probotic diet by my Dr.because of my trygleceride level.a and when I went to Dr. yesterday it droppe from 200 to 122. 2 heart attacks are enough for me. First one 48 yrs. old 2nd 68 yrs. old. That is a wake-up call.I wish you the best towars your goal and "you can do this" .

It is great to hear that you are getting your 8 hours and do agree with your Doctor that we do have different cycles and rhythms. I have had circumstances (night watch on ocean sailing journeys for example) when my sleep time came at unconventional times. Congratulations on your clean bill of health! BTW...it is really nice to see you banishing the all capital posts. They are much easier to read. Online protocol also considers writing in all capitals to be the equivalent of YELLING. I envision good unfolding in every area of your life and wish you a happy day!
P.S. Maybe you are motivating more people than you think....not everyone responds to how they are affected by input from others.
Rebecca !!! Just came back from Dr.'s appt. and I told him about what you said about my sleeoing patter. Told him I get up about 12:45 am and exercise then walk and wind down and I go to sleep at 8 am and wake up at 1pm. He said that some people are like that but I am still getting 8 hrs. sleep. My chloesteral dropped 78 pts. , BP 148-73, Heart rate 69. He said I was s fit as a 45 yr. old I also told him about SPARKPEOPLE and he said he would refer his patients to your website. Just came back from Dr.'s appt. told him about my sleep pattern. Told him I wake up between 12:45 AM exercise then walking done by 5 AM wind down and go to sleep at 8AM get up about 1 PM. He said some people have strange sleeping patterns and if the sleeping is equal to 8 hrs. there is no problem. My chlosterol is 122 , B.P. 148-78, Pulse 58, Weight is 106 HE WAS VERY HAAPPY WITH MY PROGRESS AND I TOLD HIM ABOUT SPARKPEOPLE and he said he would refer some of his patients to your website. I KNOW SLEEP IS IMPORTANT !!! BUT THIS IS THE TIME WAKE UP AND CAN'T GO TO SLEEP.I SUFFER FROM ANXIETY AND ON LORAZAPAM YES AT 72 1/2 YRS. OLD UNDER DR'S. PRESCRIPTION. AS SOON AS I EXERCISE I FALL ASLEEP AT 8 AM AND WAKE UP 1 PM READY TO GO AGAIN. I HAVE WORKED FOR 55 YRS. AND MY TIME CLOCK SAYS WAKE UP I CAN'T CHANGE THAT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMENTS.
