I have been with out pop for about 3 weeks now and it feels good....however i had a couple sips of 7up because my stomach was upset and that tasted so nasty I couldnt do it. so I just drink my water....

One week in, have stopped all pop, feel good, more energy. Today was my long day at work, but not as pooped as usual. Bummed because I cannot walk after a day like today, need a partial knee - so it is just some stretches and non-aerobic exercise. Also tried meditating once or twice a day - clears the mind.
