I took a long walk with my husband today. Now he's napping and I'm thinking about going out for ANOTHER walk. It's such a lovely day outside, I can't stand to be stuck indoors!

Great job! I've only gone over 10,000 steps once in the 5 months I've been tracking steps, though 7,000 is what I aim for.

Well, my walking is over and hit 10,112 steps I mean pushed it. Burned 319 calories. But the main thsin is BEING MOTIVATED. That is the key. If you want something bad enough DO IT. I HOPE ALL OF YOU HAVE ANICE EASTER ( WATCH THE CALORIES) sip room temperature before to fill your stomach up and whike eating. I am pooped so I am going to emoticon . Wake up later for more. LET'S DO IT !!! emoticon .
