This week I managed to shovel for an hour one day and taking a walk at -19C yesterday (don't worry I didn't go far I basicaly walked the bloc 4 times (lucky me around the bloc is a quarter mile walk). I had my last radiation treatment on January 4th. Mostly slept since then.
So here is my WOOHOO not only I had enough energy, but I used it to do something and it felt great!

Some day the scale won't budge, make sure you have a battleplan ready. Remember the battle is won or lost in the mind. Don't hang your success just on the scale. All the best for 2013.

My woo hoo moment occured when I weighed in today and was very angry as I had not lost any weight in the past few days, even though I did everything right. The reason this was a woo hoo moment, is that I reminded myself that sometimes we reach a weight plateau,and I just had to calm down and stick to my eating and exercise program. WOO HOO

What an excellent start! There are so many benefits from healthy lifestyle changes. Just wait and notice how you feel as the pounds drop = treasure all of the good feeling and keep on Sparking!
