For the forst time, i am actually sticking to this!!! I'm not dieting but eating right, and exercising, by walking each day.. I started 6-1 and lost 5 pounds!!!!! Just doing the right thing!!! I know i have a long way to go, but im setting small goals for myself, so they seem reachable, instead of impossible!!!!
