For my fellow full-time working moms, how do you stay motivated and make the time to exercise during the week? Eating better is fairly easy for me, I have to grocery shop and cook regardless. But finding time to exercise is so hard. I either have to get up at 5:30 am or work out after my son's bedtime (8 pm), which then causes me trouble falling asleep. The weekend is a lot easier, but only exercising two days a week isn't good. Looking for your tips and tricks! Thanks!!
