So last week i had felt horrible. I had gone from 343 to 348. I had cried. But i made the best of it and this week i kept a close eye on what i ate (and drank) and even managed to bust out a few workouts in my hectic week. IT PAYED OFF!!! i lost the five pounds that i had gained!!!! I feel amazing!! even though my weigh in was a day late (Got off work way to late went straight to sleep then had to get up early) I feel amazing!!!!! Even my pants feel better or is it my imagination? Oh well just a few more pounds and ill be into my first goal jeans.
