On weekdays I walk/run, 6:10-ish. On days I ride my bike into work, 6:45-ish. On the weekends, once breakfast has settled.
Although there's science that suggests morning exercise provides the most beenfits, the best time to exercise is when you're actually going to do it. No reason to grouse over not being able to get yourself out of bed early. If working out later works best for you, that's the right time to do it.

I always say I am going to get up early to workout, but never happens. Now I have just adjusted to doing it right after dinner. Once we have finished eating, I change and work out for at least an hour. The great thing is now it is become part of routine and upto 2 hours everyday.
I wake up at 7 am with my boyfriend, to make sure he gets up for work! haha! I usually have tea with him, and then when he leaves for work around 8:25 I get changed, stretch, and then start working out. I have been trying to either walk or bike ride every day. I am starting slow 10-15 mins at a time because of my asthma and the weather change my goal is to be able to walk outside for 15 mins and not be winded. Next Friday I will do it!!

It depends on which hours I'm scheduled to work. Sometimes I work out around 6:15 or 6:30am. Other times it's 5:00 or 6:00pm.

I usually work out during my sons nap time so usually round noon.Which also means while I'm trying to work out I'm usually saying "close your eyes" "Get out of the toy box" "seriously honey,it's time to nap!!" haha

I like to go right after work. That way it is just a continuation of my work day. On the weekends though I go after I eat breakfast in the morning, that way I can just relax the rest of the day and not worry about doing it.
