ON ALL 3 DAYS MY USUAL GET UP AT 12 AM AND AND AT 3:30 AM I START MY TILL 5 AM. SATURDAY & SUNDAY ONLY VOLUNTEERING AT ROCHESTER COMMUNITY HOUSE FOR MEMORIAL DAY PANCAKE BREAKFAST FROM 8:30 AM TO 11:30 AM. ( NO PANCAKES FOR ME ) IT'LL BE A FULLL MORNING. SO ENJOY THE HOLIDAY AND WATCH THE CALORIES.
