Thanks Mary that is the most real statement that I've heard about those dastardly scales they do play with your head, but I do look forward and press toward the day when the number will be consistently down. The truth of the matter is that I am feeling so much better andI can feel the weight shifting so as the saying goes emoticon (bad english)
"It ain't long now".

I hate the wait! I weigh myself everyday (which I don't recommend) and it really toys with your head. Some days you are down and you feel good, the next day you are up. UGH! Don't you love it when you finally reach the day and you are down more than you thought you were going to be? That will be you, you'll see!

Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.

Well I'm 5 days away from either a weigh in or measure up. I've been toying with the scale and it is not friendly; thanks to you my fellow partners in this venture, I'm staying motivated despite the fact and I think I just need to focus on doing what I've been doing. Just needed to share my anxiety re. my results that I will honestly document in 5 days.
Thanks for hearing and sharing.
