Most people have to take a vitamin supplement. You treat it just like a food and do a search on it and if you can't find it then you add it like a new food.

I have been following the diabetes menu plan and am doing great on the calories, carbs, fats, proteins and sodium, but when I check my reports at the end of the day I am always low on the vitamins. Is that normal? Is there a way to enter a vitamin supplement if I start taking one?
