I take a super supplement couple times a week, but I don't track it like food. I just make a note on my nutrition page so I can look back later if I want to check it.

You would add your supplements as you would a new food, using the nutrition amounts on the label.

Some supplements have already been added to the tracker; or else you can add it as you would a new food.

OR...

Are you asking how to add vitamins and minerals to the daily report???

just enter the nutrition information manually like you would for any other food.

Is there somewhere to add vitamins on the food tracker? I take a multi B, a D and Ferrous Gluconate. Help :)
