You can add the vitamin supplement as you would add a food by clicking My Nutrition then Add a Food then Enter a Food Not Listed and then save it in your favorites for easy access to add to your tracker each day.

My doctor has recommended PreNatal vitamins for me to take. No I am not pregnant, far from that actually. I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago. She said I needed the omega 3 DHA and folic acid that it supplements. My question is how do I incorporate it into my nutrition tracker?
