I agree about talking to your doctor. You might need a prescription for an anti-depressive. There's no stigma there anymore. I've been taking one for years.
Regular exercise can also help with mild depression.

Vitamin D and Magnesium might have some benefits for depressive disorders too. Also Omega 3s. Do some research to check on those. I haven't been taking anything for depression since I started working out regularly. Exercised seemed to really make the difference for me. However, I have taken all of the above and 5HTP as well.

If your depressive moments, days, or whatever you call them get too much to handle, don't be afraid to go talk to your doctor!

Vitamins I take are Centrium for Seniors. I don't have depression, I have my sister.

5 htp and St Johns Wart can also help with mild depression. It's like taking happy pills. I take B too, but for energy.

I take a daily muliti vitamin and on top of that I take a B-complex. I did some research and learned that b vitaimin could help level my mood swings out. I love how i feel when I take my vitamins. The b vitamin just helps me level out I feel more motivation and =I feel happy. I believe that I am depressed and I just dont know what to do. But the b- vitamin helps me out to feel better and try to make a change in my life.
