Vitamin D and Magnesium might have some benefits for depressive disorders too. Also Omega 3s. Do some research to check on those. I haven't been taking anything for depression since I started working out regularly. Exercised seemed to really make the difference for me. However, I have taken all of the above and 5HTP as well.
