I added another meal to my tracker and called it vitamins.

It makes it so much easier to track! I can just copy the meal to the next day.

I might be in the minority but I take a multi, calcium, and b12 - all gummies so they do have calories and carbs.

1st Goal: 18lbs by June 1 - Met goal on 4/28

2nd Goal: Onederland by July 31
