i had my level taken and i was deficient. i live in NE usa and apparently its hard to meet your requirements w/o supplements. if you have medical cvg, get your reading

I have been diagnosed with Vit. D Malabsorbtion so this is interesting to me as well.

Hi! I'm a vegetarian and I have been tracking my levels of Vitamin D lately because I've heard a lot about what happens when this nutrient is lacking. Does anyone have any tips for getting enough Vitamin D without relying on fish as the source? Is taking a multivitamin helping?
