I have a quarter jar on my desk. every time I do something that moves me forward towards my goal (or doesn't move me backwards) I put a quarter in the jar. my goal is at least a dollar per day and I try for two dollars. then if I want to reward myself with something, I dig money out of the jar :)

I know they talk about a collage of motivational images but I don't find I have the time (or the printer ink) for that apart from my desktop background.
My solution? For every day I get through positively (even with setbacks, just talking about a positive mindset) I put one sticky note on my bathroom mirror with a reason that I'm doing this. Before long I can see how my spark streaks and consistency affect my mood.
