Hello -
I don't know about video conferecing personal training; however, with that being said, there is a website that is a joint venture between Chad Tackett and Kim Lyons (Biggest Loser Trainer). They have completely developed an eating program that offers support, much like Sparkpeople. The difference between Spark and this site is that it's a paid membership and you get a personal trainer assigned to you. I think that there are several trainers to pick from depending on your personality and goals. I really like the program. I only did the trial 21 days because I may be laid off soon and I need to make sure that I am saving money for living expenses in the event that I do. If you would like more information, I can email you the name of the trainer to ask for more questions. If you want to check out the website the link is below:

I live in remote area with no real options to hire a trainer. I feel I am ready to really start to push myself more during exercise but I am reluctant for fear of an injury that would prevent me from working out every day. Has anyone ever hired a trainer who can work with them via video-conference?
By creating an exercise routine based on your individual needs and abilities, as well as taking some precautionary measures, you can reduce your risk of injury and make exercise an enjoyable part of your daily routine.
