A normal person does not need to worry about "detoxing", unless all your organs were failing, and, by then, it would be too late!!! Honestly, the celebs that began this "detoxing" junk should have been jailed years ago, but it makes a lot of money for many companies and people. Any weight loss would be water weight. It's a rip off, hard to believe in 2013, this kind of idea still sells.
