No, doctors recommend that you don't because our bodies detox themselves.

All you need to do is eat healthy. Our bodies detox themselves just fine without interference from us.

A normal person does not need to worry about "detoxing", unless all your organs were failing, and, by then, it would be too late!!! Honestly, the celebs that began this "detoxing" junk should have been jailed years ago, but it makes a lot of money for many companies and people. Any weight loss would be water weight. It's a rip off, hard to believe in 2013, this kind of idea still sells.

Sounds gross and potentially damaging.

What is a detox, anyway? And how would you know if it had worked?

Not to mention that vinegar is highly acid and can damage your digestive system if you drink too much.

Is there a specific reason you think you need a detox? Detoxes are really unnecessary- the best thing you can do to cleanse your system is eat healthy and exercise regularly. Here's an article on this topic you might find helpful:

Has anyone ever tried the Vinegar Detox? Does it work?
