hopped on the scales a bit lighter, challenged tiredness, challenged feeling a bit unwell and now I am ready for a class tonight that leaves me sore for two days afterwards. I have eaten healthy and am drinking plenty of water. Your attitude determines you altitude! When you are in the thick of it remember to ask yourself ' What is good about this?' The secret to happiness is asking yourself the right questions so you have the right focus to deal with whatever comes your way. God gives us a brilliant mind and expects us to use it!
