My victory sounds like a small one, but it was big to me! We went to Cheddar's last night for dinner with family and I ordered grilled catfish, green beans, and edamame. And it was GOOD!!

We all know that baby steps lead to big accomplishments, both of which are something to be proud of. Could be anything that you've worked hard at. My small one was only eating part of the calzone I had (and not the entire bready area emoticon ) and my large one was breaking my plateau by 4lbs at my weekly weigh in emoticon emoticon
