I believe the verifying data is just for items in the nutrition tracker, not on the recipe info.

Please help as I cannot find the yes or no buttons. I find a recipe, click on the link under the View full nutritional breakdown of ____under the box with the nutritional information and am redirected to a page with the full nutritional information, but there is no place to check either yes or no on the entire page. Obviously I am in the wrong place, where should I be?

I verify nutritional information using another website -- nutritiondata.com. They have complete data--not just the main data required by the FDA--including micronutrients and minerals.

I wish more of the foods I pulled up on Sparkpeople's Food Tracker actually had complete information, since I track sodium, potassium, iron, along with the standard nutrients.

Thanks. I did that, found the choices, and got the points today!

To verify the information, you can search for a food in the database. Then after you select it, you can click the link to view the full nutritional information. In that window, there is a section on the top right where you can select yes, no, or not sure. I hope this helps!

How do you do this for the points? I tried clicking on foods - nothing happened.
