Try this out. I do want to point out that you can just eat as many fruits and veggies as you want, and variety has nothing to do with serving size. Fruit you may have to limit some, but nothing stopping you from eating 10 servings of vegetables.
5 is just the minimum. Hope this helps though, and enjoy more fruits, and veggies!

Does anyone know of a website where I can print off a list of fruits and veggies that equal up to a serving? I want to have a full list so that I can try new veggies.
