I saw her on the Oscars yesterday. I am not buying what she is selling.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. If it's endorsed by a celebrity? It almost definitely is.

Yes SherylLDS, that is what it is. You go to a medi spa to have it done. The article I saw the guy was in a doctors office.

Never heard of the machine, but I guess if you are desperate anything is worth a try, and Oprah seems to always be on one weight lost journey or another, I thought she had a nutritionist and a personal trainer to help her lose the weight.

I guess I'm confused, sorry MANDIETERRIER...
I found an article about a VANQUISH Machine that was a new fat-reduction machine . The Czech-made Vanquish device uses so-called "focused-field radio frequency" to zap fat without ever touching the patientís body. I thought that was the VANQUISH machine you were talking about

It isn't a gadget. It is a procedure that you have done at a medi-spa. And four treatments cost approximately $2000

under the name IKEA-PU-FROMEATING I will have kitchen cabinets that go into automatic lock-down after a certain time.
under the name GET-ALONG-LITTLE-DOGGIES ...sneakers and walking shoes that give a little shock when they've stay idle too long

I'm going to be rich

I agree with Sherylds, if a toy helps someone boost their motivation and stay on track, then so be it.

Hey....don't pick on Oprah....
Plenty of us have lost and gained...she's human too...
{...even if she is one the richest women on the planet...}

and a lot of us buy gadgets that are toys.
but if a toy keeps you feeling on track and working towards your goals...whatever.

She didn't keep it off after Nutrisystem, which she got free, she should have to fess up about this nonsense, I've seen it on other morning news shows..............baloney, the companies doing it will get sued one of these days because someone will get sick from it. That's another reason not to watch "the View"............... Weight loss industry is a Billion dollar business, people, wise up, my goodness.

I googled it and it looks really expensive. It is sort of like Lipo Sculpting. And I know that sessions for LS can cost thousands. I remember seeing one medical spa where you could buy a package for about $4000.

Whoopi is probably getting her treatments free. Since she mentioned it.

The thing about this is it never teaches you how to eat and eventually it all comes back and then some.

I wonder how much she is getting paid to endorse this product?

If something like this worked, it would be all over the news.

Do you remember the films from the 50's where people had the vibrating belts wrapped around them? Sounds like a similar idea.

Oprah is losing weight because she has a personal trainer, a personal chef, a life coach and all of the money in the world to spend on whatever help she wants and needs. More power to her!

But the machine is a waste of time and money.

I saw on The View today that Whoopi is using a machine called Vanquish, it hovers over her stomach and heats up and I guess it burns the fat and she's used it 6 times and has lost quite a bit of inches and weight.
I'm wondering if anyone has ever heard of this? I thought she was looking thinner
