Happens to me as well! Even just today, I worked out at my work gym and I was embarrassed to walk out because of how red I was!

This happens to me too. I used to be embarrassed by it, but I can't control it. People always ask me if I am okay, and I am! The only time that I don't get really red is if it is really cold out it seems.
I've got the same problem! I've had strangers in the gym ask me if I'm all right :) I've read about it and it's either b/c A-you have more capillaries in your face than other people, B-your capillaries are closer to the skin than others, or C-some combo of this. There's not much you can do about it (outside of elective surgery to move/remove some capillaries which I think is SUPER crazy extreme) so I've just learned to live with it. Just think of it as proof you're working hard!
I've gotten bright red with exercise since I was in 1st grade! I developed the beginnings of rosacea very recently (my mother has had a beyond-severe case since before I was born) but haven't noticed if it's exacerbated by exercise. I'll have to pay attention and see. I've never let it bother me ... I figure that some people stink after exercise, some are dripping wet, some are red-faced, who cares
Team Tomato face, I love it! I get this too. But I also get very red when embarrassed, a little red when excited, red when angry...etc. Do you guys also get red with emotion, or is it just working out?

I get tomato face when I run, too! The towel trick works well also I notice it's not as bad when I keep hydrated and wear light clothing.

This is not unusual. Some people experience this type of response to exercise more so than others. As you begin to exercise your blood vessels dilate to help with the cooling off process. Some people find that rinsing their face with a cool towel helps alleviate the redness sooner.
