I have IBS and nothing seemed to helped before but now I feel much better and have a lot less trips to the bathroom since tracking my food and cutting out coffee. I don't use any special recipes, I use some of the ones on here however I usually avoid recipes that have broccoli in it mainly because that is another trigger for my IBS, although I occasionally will have a little bit with other veggies at dinner because I do love it. The second best thing since I joined SP is that I have cut down a lot on "bad" carbs, empty calories and fat and upped my fiber intake slowly, all helping me to feel better than I have in years.
