I find it easy to get 8 cups of water a day when I use the following method: Drink one cup upon rising. Drink one cup with each meal and snack. Since I have hypoglycemia, I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks daily. Then drink one before bedtime. Voila! 8 glasses done.
