I am new to SPARK People and would like to be able to use the planned meals to help manage my food intake. My only difficulty with this is that I have several food allergies and end up spending more time trading out items on the menus that I find myself not actually following the menus and reverting back into old habits. Is there a way to tell the system what types of foods to avoid when creating a weekly menu? I know that there are some very basic settings, but I need to be able to tell the system to no assign me anything with tomato sauce, chocolate or bananas in addition to the settings I already have.
I would love to be able to use the planned meals, but as of this moment, I am finding it more hassle than benefit as I have to adjust nearly every meal before I can print a shopping list or do anything with the menu.
