Unless, I'm not understanding your question, there IS a way to do this. When you go to your nutritional tracker and add a food. Go to your Favorites tab. Then in the drop down list you should see your recipes. Then you can and let's say 4 oz of your recipe to your tracker for the day.

On many occasions, I will use leftovers as ingredients in other recipes (ie. Meatlof for sloppy joes, pulled pork for tacos, etc). Is there a way in the recipe calculator to use a previous recipe as an individual ingredient? I've tried several different ways to look it up, but no luck. I'd rather not have to enter every component individually and double my work. Thanks in advance.
