I don't use a custom diet. I turn of the Spark Meal Plan and enter my items individually.

Fish and some kind of vegetable is usually a nice quick meal during the week. Depending on your needs you can add rice or pasta, or not

I was meaning different things you can cook at home in a more timely manner. Right now I have frozen grilled chicken that you bake and different things like that thorughout the week. I cook nice meals on the weekend and will be able to follow the Spark People guidelines easier then.

By custom diet do you mean things like Jenny Craig or are you talking Meal Replacements---shakes, bars, entrees???

why not do most of your prep on weekends? That's how I do it. Prep the main part of the meal and either put it in the fridge or freezer. The only thing I prep on the day is a salad or veggie.
I meal plan late friday night, shop saturday and prepare sunday.

Since i know you do not eat like I do (vegan Raw), it is hard for me to recommend dishes. Why not look at what SP suggests and choose ones you would like to try. Open recipe books and look for things that you like.

To those who use custom diets could you please give me meal examples. I am not able to follow the Spark People diet because I don't have the time to prepare the food during the week with work. Thank you! :)
