I love fresh peppermint in steaming hot black tea!

Some people like it in Middle-Eastern meat dishes. Mint + meats is an acquired taste IMHO though. I don't like mint with any kinds of meat dishes but if you haven't tried it you might like it.

Boil bunch of mint with cut up lemons and lemon juice. Strain, and add some sugar or honey while hot. It is very good.

mmm Add it to spring rolls, vietnamese dishes like pho and noodle dishes. mint sauces. I think mint goes with curry and with chili well.

Mint adds a nice layer of flavor to a lot of dishes. Somewhere I have a recipe for a quinoa salad that has about 1 cup of fresh mint chopped up in it... and on spark recipes there is one for Greek Turkey Burgers that are out of this world that has mint in the meat mix...

I have tons of peppermint plants in the garden - they are something of a pest, and I have no room fit to dry it in. - I don't want to throw it all away with the other weeds.

Does anyone have any good ideas what to do with it except for tea? I am using fresh leaves for tea every now and then.
