My favorite way to eat canteloupe is to cut it into to chunks and add some cottage cheese and a sprinkle of cinnamon

You know, I love cantaloupe, but I've never used it in dishes. I make meals of it all by itself! I just slice it and eat it. Occasionally I'll get it in a fruit salad, but I've never really seen it used in dishes, especially as a main ingredient.
